Talk about a great way to kick off the month of March…two cities considering breed specific legislation have opted to adopt generic dangerous dog laws that put the onus on the owner…quite the novel concept!

An alert was issued for Mexico, Missouri all the way back in July 2010. After several months of thorough review, the Animal Code Review Committee presented a breed-neutral ordinance to the council.
