Lowell, MA: BSL on tonight’s agenda

The Lowell, MA city council will hear a report from the Public Safety Committee on ordinance that would require pit bulls in the city to be muzzled at all times. Several council members appear to support a breed specific ordinance, and point to laws already in place in Lynn, Worcester and Boston as examples.
