Connecticut: Public hearing set for HB 6311

A bill has been proposed in the Connecticut legislature that would prohibit municipalities from passing breed discriminatory ordinances. A hearing was held on HB  6311 on February 13, 2013 by the Joint Committee on Planning and Development, and the committee reserved the Bill for a subject matter public hearing.

The public hearing on HB 6311 is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in Room 2A of the LOB.
